It’s the holidays….and there’s food everywhere……Yes…have fun…Yes…enjoy…..But when you start the automatic eating even when you are not hungry, you begin to feel out of control and later regret it. In the video below, I created a tapping on how to release cravings when you are not hungry. It’s all about consciously knowing, that you are probably stuffing some kind of stress which leads to the automatic eating. So, eat, be merry…and be conscious and use tapping to help you through the season.
